What we’re about
A Village in the City. Independent Moms was founded in 2015 as a safe space for single moms to join a community, discuss tough topics, and make family friends. This is a moms ONLY group. Over the years we've brought hundreds of women together from all over Metro Atlanta.
Group Rules:
• Moms Only - No men are allowed. This is our safe space to discuss issues specific to moms.
• Participate in a Respectful and Supportive Way - This allows us to foster trust within the group. There's enough judgement in other places. We don't need any additional here.
• Participate in Events - The community only expands when you join in. We will have virtual and in person events. Participation allows you to expand your network and build lasting friendships and connections for you and your children.
• No Solicitation / Multi Level Marketing - We celebrate IMA moms who are building a business. We will have the opportunities for you to share those with the group. In the meantime, please don't contact group members to promote your business. We also do not allow MLM advertising within the group.
