Everyone deserves a space to be vulnerable - to be imperfect, authentic, and unafraid. Vulnerability opens the door to creativity, connection, and growth. It also strengthens team spirit: when we show up as our full selves, trust deepens, and collaboration thrives.
But authenticity isn’t always the safe choice. Being real can expose us to risk and criticism - Shall we dare to take the risk? This workshop offers a space to reflect on that path. Together, we’ll explore how emotional awareness helps us recognize inner patterns, build shame resilience, and reclaim our power in a world that often rewards fitting-in over belonging. Inspired by the work of researchers such as Brené Brown and Daniel Goleman, among others, this talk invites honest reflection and connection.Let’s talk about emotions together. No filters. And take your EQ to the next level!

About the Speaker

Flaminia Catalli
Flaminia Catalli is a physicist with a PhD in geophysics and over 20 years of experience in scientific research, data science, machine learning, and organizational development. Along the way, she discovered that the most meaningful transformations—in both people and teams—stem from emotional awareness and vulnerability. As a certified Scrum Master with a strong interest in agile and systems thinking, she’s come to see emotional intelligence as just as vital as technical skill. In this workshop, she shares how stepping out of her comfort zone and embracing emotional awareness has shaped not only her career but also a more authentic way of working and connecting with others.Hiu Pun Chong
With over 15 years of experience as a global business trainer in both Asia and Europe. Mr. Chong brings a wealth of knowledge and insight to his workshops. He is a certified practitioner in multiple respected personality and behavioral assessments, including MBTI®, FIRO-B®, Hogan Assessment®, DISC®, and TypeCoach®. As a seasoned public speaker, he has delivered keynotes at international conferences on organizational development, team dynamics, career growth, and personal development. Mr. Chong also lectures at universities in Germany and Poland, where his workshops on personality types and organizational behavior are met with enthusiasm and praise.
