Make this your fun event, you have our good company to do this. Spread the word, come one, come all, start 2025 by wading/ walking/ touching the water in Coney Island beach--or just watching them do it.
Two people plan to drive. I will post information later about spaces available in the cars.
If traveling by Path Train, we will also post information later about meeting up and then taking the PATH from Grove Station to WTC at 11:11 am (it is Sunday schedule) & then the 4/R then N/Q train.

Some Tips
Do…
Wear your plunge ‘attire’ under your clothes - then you don’t have to change into them at the plunge.
Valuables in a ziplock bag for not to get them wet.
Bring a robe, blanket, towel or jacket to wear while waiting to plunge and for when you get out of the water. I used my big wind cheater till the last moment, while I was waiting for everyone to go in. A towel to dry off as well as an extra towel to stand on is also a good idea.
We will have a spot on the beach next to the plunge path where we can leave our clothes.
Bring loose fitting easy-on clothing and shoes to change into after the plunge. Your fingers and toes won’t be working so well!
Bring a plastic bag for wet clothes.
Don’t…
Don’t plunge if you have any heart or serious medical conditions.
Don’t show up at the plunge right before the start time. You will need time to check-in and prepare for the plunge.
