Jersey Shore Women in Tech was created to support, educate, mentor and develop a network for women in the Information Technology industry. 
Our mission is to engage a wide array of women in the industry from students to engineers to administrators at a tech startup to business analysts by bringing together experienced industry leaders, coaches and technical specialists that have made their way through the industry. 
Anyone is welcome to join our community and attend our events, but our events are focused for women working in tech.

JSWT is focused on building a local community that will encompass the needs of those looking to expand their business, network or learn something new.
