Jordan Mac Adult Dance

Need a form of dance that leaves you feeling sexy and empowered? Look no further! Heels dance is performed while wearing high-heeled shoes, typically stilettos. This style of dance is often characterized by sharp, precise movements and a focus on footwork and body control. Heels dance can be performed to a variety of music genres, including pop, hip-hop, and R&B. At our state-of-the-art dance studio, we warmly welcome individuals who are eager to learn the art of dancing in heels. While it is recommended that you wear heels, it is not required!

We work primarily with enrollments since we teach new choreography each month, but do offer drop-ins as well.
Part 1 is when we start the choreography, part 2 we review and add on a bit more, part 3 review again and add on more, and part 4 (Dress Rehearsal) cleaning up and nailing the choreography!
We suggest is dropping in during part 1 or 2 so you're not too far behind in the month's choreography.

Hip-hop dance is an energetic form of dance that combines a variety of freestyle movements to create a cultural piece of art. Hip-hop dance has evolved into one of the most popular and influential styles of dance. Our experienced and passionate instructors will guide you through every step of the way, ensuring that you have fun while learning. Each week, students build on what was learned in the previous class, gradually incorporating more complex moves and choreography. By the end of the 4-part course, students have learned a complete routine that showcases their newfound skills.

Our Intermediate Leaps and Turns course is designed to improve dance students technique and leaping and turning in a supportive and structured environment. The class includes detailed breakdowns of various leap and turn techniques, ensuring students understand the mechanics and proper form. Instructors provide personalized feedback and corrections to help students progress at their own pace. The goal is to build confidence and control, enabling students to execute these movements with grace and precision.

Our ballet classes provide a solid foundation in the fundamental techniques and movements of ballet. Our experienced instructors will guide you through basic positions, steps, and combinations, helping you develop strength, flexibility, and grace. You will learn proper body alignment, posture, and the importance of musicality in ballet. Our supportive and encouraging environment ensures that you feel comfortable as you embark on this beautiful art form.
