What do I need to bring to class?
You can exercise on a flat surface, but mats provide extra cushion and traction to help support your body. While the props below are not required, these are the props that may be referenced in the instructions:
- Recommended:
- Mat (Link to yoga mat, extra long mat, extra cushion mat)
- 2 Yoga blocks (Link to Block & Strap combo, just the blocks, cork blocks)
- Bolster (Link to 4 piece set with blocks & strap, just the bolster)
- Therapy balls (Tennis balls work just as well, or your can get some here)
- Optional:
- Yoga strap (Link to Block & Strap combo, 8' strap, 10' strap)
- Yoga blanket (Body/beach towels work just as well to cushion, or you can get some here)
