Yoga can seem intimidating, but at KARUNA Yoga, we offer a safe and welcoming space for everyone, and every month we run workshops to help those interested in learning more about adding the healthy benefits of yoga to their daily life.

Today's world is incredibly stressful, learning to take a break and finding time for yourself is essential for your mental well-being, overall health, and happiness. We firmly believe in promoting a healthy mind-body connection through our practice and we believe doing so in a non-judgmental and supportive environment is the key to long-lasting success.
