Empowering YOU through fitness is the Keep Moving Mama goal.

Women of all fitness levels, fitness goals and in all stages of the amazing motherhood journey will feel welcome and supported.
This meetup is the interactive component of the Keep Moving Mama fitness team. We look forward to introducing you to this welcoming team of women!

Formal workouts, road race training for runners and walkers (5k to Half Marathon), triathlon training and an Online Fit Team with on demand workouts are available at www.keepmovingmamama.com or by calling 916-690-7624.

First month is FREE! Attend workouts in person. Email keepmovingmama@gmail.com to request a log in to the Online Fit Team and enjoy Keep Moving Mama. Join officially anytime during the 30 days and you'll remain in the group.

There are two teams available to join:

  1. Run Walk Team - we meet 7am Saturdays in Elk Grove
  2. Online Fit Team - on demand workouts (pilates, yoga, strength and cardio)
