Doing the stuff is kind of therapeutic, and spiritually beneficial, take your mind off your problems for a day while you help someone else. Join a Hub, small groups of 3 or 4 (a car full), learn practical ways of how to support each other, your families and friends. Hubs are of two basic types, practical do-ers, and befrienders, where 3 people team up to provide a virtual, or in some cases real home/family for a fourth.
