What we’re about

I am Yogi Manu. I practice and teach many forms of yoga.
Nada Yoga is the Yoga of Sound and is used to balance the body, mind and spirit. First we will start with pranayama breathing, then I will lead the kirtan playing the harmonium and singing Sanskrit mantras. You may sing/chant them with me or you may silently meditate while being immersed in the bath of high vibrational sounds. I encourage you to sit up in meditation and sing along, but if you want to lie down and just listen during the sound bath that’s ok.

Satsang- “Sat” means truth “sang” means together. Satsang is a gathering where meditation, kirtan, hatha yoga and other yoga practices may take place. Nada yoga is the yoga of sound vibrations. A kirtan is the practice of chanting divine names with love and devotion. This form of yoga is one of the most effective ways of purifying the chakras in the body and raising kundalini. This is one of the most important techniques in Bhakti yoga.
