Hath thou ever been cowed by a game? Beheld it briefly and retreated upon viewing the Tome of Rules?
Fret not, for this fellowship is the abode of tabletop gamers of diverse ilk. Regular assemblies furnish a cozy and secure haven wherein folk may confront each other in amicable (or, perchance, less amicable) contests.
Breaking character for the disclaimer stuff...
One day in advance an address will be sent your way via Meetup Messages. As many of the events are at a private residence there are some house rules.
House rules:
- Kids are always welcome. All children must be able to play complex games alone. Children confined to carriers/strollers are also welcome!
- Bring your guests! Please add them to the attendee count.
- Drop a note in advance if you are going to be significantly late. We can play something short until you arrive.
- Please don't park in a manner that blocks driveways, mailboxes, or rubbish bins.
- You are welcome to bring a drink of your choice (to share or not). We will typically open up a bottle of wine on weekends.
- Mess-free noms are okay. Anything that can stain game elements needs to be eaten away from the game.
- We are a pet friendly, smoke free, and drug free home. If that's not you, please don't attend our events.
Hosts reserve the right to remove disrespectful members from the group.
