What we’re about
SoCal 20s, 30s and 40s Social Club
Looking to meet new people, make friends, and explore everything LA, Orange County and Riverside County have to offer? You’re in the right place! This is a social group for young professionals, parents, and anyone in their 20s, 30s and 40s who are new to town, recently relocated, or just want to expand their social circle in a low-pressure, laid-back environment.
We know there are plenty of Meetup groups in Southern California, but we’re aiming for something different—a true community where every member has a voice. We encourage everyone to create and suggest their own events—whether it’s a casual happy hour, a beach bonfire, a hike, or even bowling night! This group is all about collaboration, so bring your ideas, and let’s make it happen together.
Our events are free, and you’re always welcome to bring a friend or two along. We want to build a friendly, inclusive space for people who want to socialize, network, and have fun without any pressure.
Expect everything from:
🍻 Happy Hours at cool bars and lounges
🔥 Beach Bonfires & BBQs at sunset
🌄 Hiking Adventures with stunning LA & OC views
🎳 Bowling Nights, trivia, and other fun activities
And whatever else the group suggests! We’re always open to new ideas.
We’re looking to grow this community across SoCal, and we’ll be cross-posting events in multiple Meetup groups throughout the region. Plus, we’re actively looking for hosts to help us organize more events! If you’re interested in becoming a host for our community, reach out to Hugo. We even offer compensation for those motivated to organize events and help spread the word.
This is a safe space, and anyone can join our events—you just need to be respectful. It's not a dating group, but a place to build real friendships and bring back a healthy social life to people in Southern California. We know it can be tough to make new friends here, and we’re dedicated to creating the most active group of friends in the region, with several events happening every week. So, let’s make it happen together!
Let’s get social, Southern California! 😎
Can't wait to meet you at the next event.

Code of Conduct and Release of LiabilityBoard Game Night Update – New Visitor Policy
Hi everyone, I wanted to share a quick update regarding our board game nights, starting Friday, July 12th.
To help cover event costs and encourage building a consistent community, we’re introducing a small policy for new attendees:- First-time players will be asked to pay a $5 cover fee for each of their first 3 consecutive visits.
- After those 3 visits, your future game nights are free.
- The visits need to be consecutive—if you skip a session, the count starts over.
- Anyone who has attended before today is considered a returning player and will not be asked to pay the cover fee.
The idea behind this is simple: we want to encourage regular participation and create a space where people can actually get to know each other over time, while keeping things sustainable.
Thanks for understanding, and looking forward to seeing everyone at the next game night.Release of Liability
