Lakeland Hangouts (20’s & 30’s)

Join us for a fun night of ice skating at Lakeland Ice Arena on Saturday, April 26, from 6:00 to 8:00 PM! Whether you’re a pro on the ice or just looking to try something new, this is a great way to meet new people and have a blast.

Bring your own skates or rent a pair at the rink. Dress warm (gloves recommended) and get ready for a great time!

The entry fee is $15 (with your own skates) or $18 (if you need to rent a pair of skates)

Get ready to put your knowledge to the test with this month's theme: Disney Trivia! Join us for a night of fun, laughter, and a little friendly competition.

Grab a cold, award-winning beer from Swan Brewing and enjoy some delicious bites from the food truck, Brother Burgers. They’ll be serving up a variety of smash burgers and fries.

Enjoy great food and drinks, and see who’s the ultimate Disney fan. See you there!

Let’s meet up for First Friday in Downtown Lakeland!

Every month, Downtown Lakeland shuts down for the First Friday event. They’ll have a variety of vendors, Food Trucks, local artists, and a Car Show. The event is held in the streets of Downtown Lakeland between Lemon Street and Oak Street along Kentucky and Tennessee Avenues.

First Friday lasts from 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM. We’ll plan to meet in front of Black & Brew coffee shop around 6:30 PM. Then, we can walk around and explore the festival area.

Feel free to arrive late or leave early. I’ll plan to check my phone regularly and post location updates for anyone arriving late.

You can park for free at any available metered location after 5 PM. Parking is limited, so I would recommend getting there early if you can or carpooling if you’re coming with someone else.
