Hello there! We are an in-person Buddhist Meditation group. We hold weekly classes, guided meditations and courses at our Meditation Centre at 93 King Street in Lancaster city centre. We cover topics such as inner peace, overcoming anxiety, love and relationships, dealing with depression, mindfulness etc. Everyone is welcome in our meet-up group, no prior experience of meditation is necessary. We're looking forward to meeting you soon!
All our classes and courses do go ahead even if noone is booked to attend, as some people just drop-in on the day or find out directly through our website or posters.

Buddha said:

You are your own enemy.'If we have deep compassion and wisdom we can protect ourself from suffering and danger, and so become our own protector; but if we allow anger and ignorance to destroy our happiness and good fortune we are harming ourself, and so become our own enemy.
Whether we are our own protector or our own enemy is our choice, our responsibility.
This course will provide us with the knowledge to maintain a clear and untroubled mind in our own life and circumstances, using the inspiration of Buddha’s teachings. As a result, we will naturally experience happiness, peace of mind, and a greater connection with others.
Everyone is welcome to join our Saturday morning course, regardless of background or previous experience of meditation.
