Inspired by Yin Yoga, this slow and meditative practice focuses on holding postures for an extended period to stretch deep tissues and promote relaxation.
Gentle induction techniques are also used during the session to help your subconscious release tension.

• Balances yin energies and soothes the nervous system.
Ideal environment:
Practice in a quiet place free from distractions. Minimize noise sources as much as possible. You can light incense if you wish (such as white sage or palo santo).
Preparation for the session:
Prepare a yoga mat or a blanket on the floor; you can also practice in your bed.
Have a cushion or yoga block nearby for certain postures or variations.
Waiting room access time:
The session takes place on Zoom (link in the event). The waiting room opens 10 minutes before and remains open for 10 minutes after the session starts.
For the comfort of all participants and to ensure the session runs smoothly, access will no longer be possible after this period.
