What we’re about
"We get what we think about...whether we want it or not." (Abraham Hicks)
In other words, our thoughts create our reality, and there is INCREDIBLE power in knowing that we are the source of our own joy, our own abundance, our own life experience.
This is a group for anyone interested in learning about the Law of Attraction, the Law of Deliberate Creation, the Law of Allowing (and a few others) AND in how to apply these concepts in effective and exciting ways that truly help you create whatever you are wanting in life....love, money, career, health, happiness...You are the creator. You decide what you are wanting, and together we'll help you manifest it.

See all- New Year Walking MeditationSouly Holistic, Raleigh, NC
Start the New Year walking as your FUTURE SELF and AS IF all that you desire has already happened!
Join us for one of Dr. Joe Dispenza's BEST walking meditations in which he guides you to WALK AS the best version of yourself, who you want to become, and as if you have already experienced what you desire - health, wealth, love, work, purpose, joy, stuff, etc. This meditation will take place in the safe space of Souly Holistic's parking lot where we can walk and stand in trance and lay down for the integration at the end (or sit if you prefer).
The Always Manifesting Annual New Year's Workshop: 2025 - Living in the Quantum is just prior to this walking meditation. If you attend the workshop, you will have the opportunity to get clear, focused, and tuned in vibrationally to all that you desire for this expansive New Year. Participating in the walking mediation afterwards will help you embody the person you need to be to attract and experience your 2025 goals and dreams, so I HIGHLY RECOMMEND taking this walk with us.
You do not, however, need to attend Always Manifesting Annual New Year's Workshop: 2025 - Living in the Quantum to participate in the walking meditation.
The walking meditation is available for free on Audible. You can find it under Podcasts, then Dr. Joe Dispenza, or search for "Joe Dispenza Meditation" and select the option with this same name. Then scroll down to the meditation called, "Most powerful walking meditation guided by Dr Joe Dispenza." (There are other great meditations there as well.) You do not need a paid Audible subscription, just an Amazon account to download the Audible app and access the free material.
You will need your smart phone with the Audible app downloaded to your phone, the meditation already cued up, and a pair of earbuds or headphones. Please contact me at karincross@asamatterofthought.com or 919-397-2475 if you need assistance with this. You will also need a towel or something to lay on the ground at the end of the meditation.
Please arrive by 3:20pm so that I can explain a few things. The walking meditation will begin promptly at 3:30pm so that we can be finished by the time of Souly Holistic's next event at 5:00pm.

Theme: Cultivating Appreciation
From Grateful Living Resources...Summary
“Being unappreciative might mean we are simply not paying attention,” says poet David Whyte. But where should we focus our attention? Gratefulness invites us to concentrate on what we already appreciate, what we wish to appreciate more, and the opportunity to appreciate things we never appreciated before — especially opportunities themselves. In the words of Kristi Nelson: What we celebrate with our attention will grow and thrive. Appreciation turns strangers into friends, food into a feast, creativity into art, and people into their best selves. When democracy is honored rather than taken for granted, more of us vote. Appreciation can turn our planet into a sacred home and our communities into extended family. These shifts in consciousness can deliver change to our world. The recognition and acknowledgment of worth can go a long way in uplifting and empowering our lives, our values, and the future we envision. When we are in touch with deep appreciation for something (or someone), it means we are open to experience its value. Gratitude + Valuing = Gratefulness.

Theme: Cultivating Resilience
From Grateful Living Resources...
Summary
The foundations of grateful living – presence, perspective, and possibility – manifest in our capacity to embrace the opportunity of every moment. Since every moment is change, and our ability to respond to change defines resilience, gratefulness and resilience are necessarily interwoven. In adapting to and growing from shifts in life, we lean into opportunity. Even amidst suffering, we remember the possibility of joy, love, and beauty – that we might yet experience laughter, the embrace of a loved one, the vibrancy of the sky, poetry – and in doing so we nurture the hope, courage, and gratitude that keep us from chronic states of stagnation and numbness. While gratefulness helps us cultivate resilience, drawing on our resilience expands our embrace of life, which in turn makes us more grateful. We affirm what it means to thrive, not merely survive. In moving through difficulty, we surrender to the natural, ever-changing flow of life – and so we move toward life.Resources
