We’ll start at 10:30 AM in our studio with a rejuvenating Pilates session in English, perfect for all levels. Stretch, strengthen, and awaken your energy with mindful movement in a calm, cozy space.

After we move, we’ll stroll over to Atelier Prato, a stylish coffee spot in Milan known for its matcha, healthy brunch options, and cozy vibes. It's the perfect place to hang out, refuel, and connect with the girls.

For the food, you can choose from the following options:
•⁠ ⁠French Toast
•⁠ ⁠Pulled Pork Eggs Benedict
•⁠ ⁠Avocado Toast + Eggs (scrambled or poached)
For the drinks, you can select any of our Teas & Infusions or choose from our variety of Specialty coffee options, taht you can see on our menu.
And for dessert, we’ll serve our homemade banana bread with mascarpone whipped cream.
