Lez Go

Want to go out and do stuff like explore the Bay Area, try new coffee places or restaurants, catch a show in either the theater or a movie, read a book together, attend a festival, get on the water, hike, and more? Lez Go is a Meetup group for queer women, in the Bay Area, who want to socialize and create friendships.

If you're single, come alone, if you are in a relationship, bring your partner, or if you wanna bring a friend, please do! The more the merrier.

This group was started by Nancy C. some time ago. THANK YOU Nancy! Sadly she moved away. I'm honored to take over as Organizer to bring you beautiful humans together for friendship, support, and community.

At the time that I'm updating the group description (Feb 2025) it looks like current members are from all over the Bay Area. That is wonderful. I've lived in Danville for 23 years so I kindly ask you to make suggestions for events in other parts of the beautiful Bay Area. I'm happy to do all the event planning/hosting. I just want and need your suggestions. I also want to try, as best I can, to not have folks driving too far to participate.

My initial goal is to plan one Meetup event a month. I'm not asking for donations, as I know that is an option to cover the Organizer fees. I'm fine with covering the Organizer annual fee. I just ask that whatever plan we make, it's dutch treat for expenses. For example, if we meet for lunch, you pay for your own lunch or if we plan to go paddle boarding in Sausalito, you'll make your own reservation, and pay for your own rental
