Surrounded by trees and vitalising green space, you will learn simple yet effective mindfulness techniques to calm and refresh your mind.

By firing up your imagination and opening up to the wonder of everyday things, you will be encouraged to find awe in your natural environment and experience the benefits of this potent—and surprisingly accessible—emotion.

Conducted in silence (aside from instructions), the walk ends in a relaxation exercise, after which you will have the opportunity to chat about the experience, ask questions, and enjoy a cup of tea.
