All sessions will also be a great opportunity to connect with other locals and get to know like minded others.
We'll be exploring all kinds of entrypoints and modalities; breathwork, movement, skaking, voice, touch, vision, connection, music and of course will enjoy ourselves in the process.

See all- Breathwork and Somatics Session - By Breathlife LisbonSelllva - Campo de Ourique, Lisboa€22.50
This 2hr session is great for those who want to dive a little deeper into the world of somatics and breathing to further explore their relationship to themselves and others.
Using breath, sound and movement we will open the body to a deeper energy that flows internally, allowing long-suppressed sensations to start moving and expressing themselves.
At the heart of this session will be exploration, experimentation and the tension between the known and unknown; safety and resistance. Using the body as our entry point.
The session will open with multiple somatic practices that will help us reconnect to ourselves, the others in the room and the space around us.
From there we'll explore together, moving towards more self-awareness and self understanding to get a better idea of what is actually alive in us; what is true for us in the present.
We'll then do a breathing deep-dive, using the conscious connected breath.
By doing so, we'll try to re-negotiate ourselves back to safety, interacting with all the parts of us that help us and the ones that once helped us to survive but are ready to be given another task.
This will help us establish a refreshed relationship with ourselves, other and our environment. Letting our nervous system know that we can carry and hold our full experiential spectrum; in other words - feel fully alive.
★★★★★ "This was an incredible experience, easily the most immersive and life-changing experience of this year. The facilitators were great; they cared about the safety and comfort of everyone in the room. The connections felt during the breathwork are nothing like I've felt before." - Dhiresh
★★★★★ "Second time at this event. Can’t recommend it more. The setting is warm and cosy. The facilitator is informative and delivers the ceremony beautifully." Georgia
