We are about fostering community with others who enjoy the relaxation and evidenced based benefits that relaxing in nature brings.
Participants will discover how holistic practices in nature can enhance health and help balance the mind, body and soul in ways that will prepare them to live everyday life in more wholehearted way.

Harmony in the Forest : A Shenandoah River Camping Women's Retreat
Join us for a soul-nourishing weekend of camping, connection, and renewal along the beautiful Shenandoah River. Nestled between forest trails and flowing water, we’ll gather in community to slow down, breathe deeply, and tune into the wisdom of nature—and ourselves.
This restorative retreat includes:
🌲 Guided Forest Bathing to deepen your sensory connection with nature
🧘 Gentle yoga to awaken your body and center your spirit
🎶 Immersive sound baths to soothe the mind, open the heart, and invite deep inner peace
🌕 Hiking, including a nighttime walk to explore the forest’s quiet magic
🔥 Campfire-cooked fruit desserts and, laughter and connection by firelight
🥗 Wholesome meals that nourish from the inside out
🏕 Cozy camping along the river, with time to rest, reflect, and just be

🚲 Description:
Join us for a scenic midweek cycling adventure along the C&O Canal Towpath! The route follows peaceful views of the Potomac River, and a canopy of trees. Come enjoy the gentle rhythm of biking through nature. This ride is perfect for those who enjoy a relaxed pace and plenty of opportunities to connect—with both the outdoors and fellow cyclists.🌿 What we'll do:
We’ll pedal from Point of Rocks, to Monocacy Aqueduct, adjusting the turnaround spot to suit the group. The total distance will be 12-14 miles, and we’ll stop along the way to enjoy nature and at the aqueduct, we’ll take time to explore its fascinating history, admire the stonework, and soak in views of the Potomac river.👋🏼 Meeting Point:
Meet at 9:50 AM in the parking lot that is across the railroad tracks, close to the boat launch parking.
We start at 10 AM.🚙 Parking: Point of Rocks C & O Canal Parking Lot
🚻 Miscellaneous: Restrooms available at the start point.
🌤️ Weather: Hot with a low chance of afternoon showers.
🎒 PREPARATION:
- Helmet (required)
- Tune up your bike, including inflating your tires
- Water (lots of water!)
- Snack if desired
- Sunblock
- Bug spray
- Bike lock (optional for breaks)

Join us for a scenic hike along the legendary Appalachian Trail. This stretch of trail offers a beautiful mix of wooded pathways, an open meadow, and gentle elevation changes. Expect a few rocky sections and possibly some muddy spots. Whether you're here for the fresh air, the forest views, or the sense of adventure, this is a wonderful way to connect with nature and community.🌿 WHAT WE'LL DO:
Beginning at Keys Gap where Virginia meets West Virginia, we’ll head north toward the historic town of Harpers Ferry, covering about 4 to 6 miles round trip at a relaxed, conversational pace.👋🏼 MEETING POINT:
Meet at 9:50 AM in the Keys Gap Parking Lot
We start at 10 AM.
Note: The parking area is small and will only hold approximately 12 cars. If you are traveling West on Rte. 9 once you cross the West Virginia state line, take the 1st right into the parking lot.🚙 PARKING: Directions to Keys Gap Parking Lot
