What weβre about
Welcome to Live Life Living - self improvement Meetup! ππΎββοΈππΌββοΈππ»ππΏββοΈ
About this group π€― -> πβ₯οΈβοΈπ§
Has anyone else become tired of autopilot, treadmill living and always trying to 'keep up' with the constant demands of life and never ending to do lists?
Feeling like you've got achievements or successes (however you define them) in some areas, but feeling like a stress heavy, survival - type of living, is impacting on your physical and mental health?
If you're ready to (or have already starting to) create the changes needed for you to live a life that feels balanced, feels good (most of the time), where you feel truly alive on the inside and out. This group is for you π§‘
Meet ups π§ πΆπ»ββοΈβ
There will a variety of FREE and ticketed in person and online, interactive discussions, workshops and meditation focussed activities, from biological, neuroscience and psychological perspectives.
All discussion and workshop meet ups will be aimed at helping people:
- Become more aware of when they feel good from when they don't
- Develop the knowledge and skills of how to calm your mind and body
- Learn how to incorporate simple habits into your daily life to bring more balance into your life
- Understand the benefits of heart centered gratitude practices that can literally improve your biology and lead to a life of more love and joy
β There will also be more casual soft/hot drink meet ups and 'goal getter' accountability socials, to help bring likeminded people together who are on a journey of inner change, for a life of more balance - of calm, connection and contentment.
About the group organiser
Hi, I'm Candice ππΎββοΈ
A health and wellbeing coach and someone on my own journey of change.
During workshops and goal setter socials, I'll be drawing on my 20+ years of experience of working with adults and children in the social care, health and education sectors, as well as my own growth journey, to walk alongside you as you take the steps to create the life you want.
At times, I'll bring learning from my experiences as a children's psychotherapist, including the ways in which our early start in life have shaped our personalities (and defences) to better understand how to move forward.
I look forward to meeting you on one of the meet ups soon,
