As we get older it becomes harder to socialise and form good friendships. Especially after a bereavement
Time spent alone becomes less about choice and more about limitations. We set this group up to hopefully inspire more mature people to overcome those limitations by providing a platform for members to develop a social life . This is not a dating group, we are a 60 plus social group so whether your single , divorced, widowed or just trying to move forward and develop social life this group is for you.
We are a private limited group therefore we expect members to be active as possible and attend events when they can . If you join this group and don’t attend any events within the first 3 months you will be removed from the group..
There will be a £10 a year fee after first event attended. This money is to cover our fees to meetup in order to use the meetup platform.
We are an older generation group most of us widows and widowers we try to create a caring safe environment for our members..based on mutual respect..WE THEREFORE DONT TOLERATE ANY AGRESIVE BEHAVIOUR TOWARD ORGANISERS OR OTHER GROUP MEMBERS.. ANYONE DEEMED TO BE BEHAVING IN THIS MANNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY REMOVED FROM OUR FRIENDLY GROUP...
