This modern, one-day “retreat” integrates seamlessly into your usual routine. Instead of leaving your life behind, you continue through it—but now with more presence, clarity, and intentionality. Over time, this conscious engagement can open the door to profound transformation, reshaping how you relate to your experiences.
How It Works:
Morning Meditation & Intention (30 minutes):
We begin on Zoom with 30 minutes of guided meditation and collective intention-setting. Whether you share openly or stay in quiet reflection, this communal start helps attune your awareness, setting a mindful tone for the day.
Hourly Mindfulness Pauses (5 minutes or 20minutes at :55 each hour):
As you move through your day—working, cleaning, running errands—you’ll treat each task as an extension of your practice. Inspired by Plum Village traditions, we pause together for a brief, 5-minute meditation at 55 minutes past each hour or 20minutes. We alternate each hour.(See schedule.) These short breaks refocus our attention and reconnect us with the awareness we’re cultivating, reminding us to bring mindful presence into everything we do.
Evening Reflection & Meditation:
As evening comes, we reunite for a longer meditation and group reflection. By sharing the day’s insights and challenges, we learn from each other’s experiences and strengthen our collective understanding. Over time, such continuous mindful engagement can lead to transformative shifts in how we approach life’s moments—responding with greater openness, resilience, and compassion.
Your Retreat, Your Choice:
Participate as much or as little as feels right. Arrive late, leave early, or come for just an hour—it’s all welcome. Even short check-ins can bring a sense of balance and focus. Take what resonates and allow this supportive community to guide and inspire you as you find your own rhythm.
