What we’re about

This group is for anyone who is or has been challenged with persistent pain, illness or stress. We will talk about our own experiences, sharing things that we have found extremely helpful. We will be meeting to gain strength in unity and share tips on how to live a life beyond pain. To be clear we do not meet to dwell on how much we are suffering but to offer support to those with similar challenges and learn (from each other) we aim to be a little community of cheerleaders for each other when times get tough.
For the foreseeable future we will be shifting our meetings online. Meetings will be relaxed and casual and no one will ever be under any pressure to share anything that they are not comfortable to. Our conversations can be completely random and always involve a giggle or two.
