In a time when digestive disorders like IBS, Crohn’s disease, and bacterial overgrowth are more common than ever, Jacqueline will share her personal journey of healing, offering insights on yoga, breath practices, and what has—and hasn’t—worked for her.

Stephen Edwards is the founder of Keha Wellness, a company dedicated to creating high-quality herbal teas and tinctures that support natural healing and overall well-being. Originally from North Wales, Stephen’s connection to plants began early, foraging medicinal herbs with his family. His journey led him from London to New York and finally to Delray Beach, where his passion for holistic health became a lifelong purpose. Inspired during the pandemic lockdown in the UK, he founded Keha Wellness in 2021, focusing on organic ingredients and thoughtfully balanced tea blends.
Bring your herbal questions and join them on January 19th from 2–4 PM at Dandelight Boutique Studio for Yoga & Tea for the Gut: Herbs and Movement to Support Your Healing Journey.
