London French practice Community Meetup with Communicat

Let's walk around Canary Wharf and admire the installation "winter lights".

You can practice descriptions, giving your opinion, and of course just chatting with other people wishing to practice their conversational French. The event should last a couple of hours, maybe more!
Of course, you can also practice being French and giving your opinion without trying to give a positive spin on things!! :)
The event is free, but if you want a drink or a snack, bring your own. I also recommend you download the document provided on the Canary Wharf site for information about the artists and the installation if you want to fully appreciate the art. We will meet outside the Jubilee line station, opposite Eden Dock.

Humour, expressions and sayings, commonly used slang and suffixes and prefixes will be taught throughout the entire course.

Come and join our conversation group. Your tutor will teach you some vocabulary and grammar as you need it, and will prepare everything you need to practice speaking and learn about French culture.
This practice runs for ten weeks, for two hours each week and the maximum capacity is 6 to allow plenty of practice time.

Come and enjoy a French movie and have a nice post film drink in our beautiful cinema and lounge.

We will be provide one drink, but feel free to bring something for yourself or to share.
Our bar has fridges, ice and glasses, so you need not worry about temperature. You can bring a snack (popcorn, crisps, sweets), but can't take hot food into the cinema.
I will provide you with a questionnaire about the movie.
