✨Welcome to the London Yoga group. Find inner peace and gain a deeper sense of well-being through a holistic approach of yoga which incudes pranayama, asana and meditation practices.

🪷My style is minimalistic and inspired by Zen philosophy in a sense that it goes straight to the core and the essence of yoga.✨This is very different from Pilates.
