**Attendees will be entered into a raffle for a FREE 20 minute Qi Healing session for stress release from Emmett and a 20 minute Personal Energy Training session from Lisa**
Description:
New Year, New Possibilities, Full Moon!
Emmett Sylvester will be unveiling several NEW Qigong exercises - gentle body movements, aligning with the energy of the Full (Wolf) Moon in the present moment to activate the Co-Creator and Healer within. Lisa Hagenbuch will describe the energetic opportunities this Full Moon and the January planetary alignments are offering us as we step into 2025. Julia will lead an exercise where you will be guided to go within to access your inner wisdom; you will then create a written description of the renewed version of yourself you desire to unfold in the coming months.
During the Ceremony, you will enjoy the warmth and comfort of infared gemstone mats (10 available - first come, first served) The evening will also include a sound bath and a meditation of aligning to the renewed version of you created in the written exercise, targeted specifically for the energies of this Full Moon. This will enable you to access what needs to be released back to the Universe with Love & Light. We will end with a Gratitude Ritual, communal releasing and healing circle.
If you are new to our Ceremonies, after registration, please provide your birth data (birth date, birth city and exact time of birth) to Lisa@futureecho.org. If you are a regular attendee, make sure to let Lisa know you can make it so she can prepare your individual Full Moon Energy Report. This is a written description of how this Full Moon is impacting your individual birth chart.

Crystals or small objects you want to ‘charge’ (absorb the group energy) and to be Blessed during the ceremony.
