### Blind Yoga for Deep Self-Love & Healing
Join this transformative Blind Yoga Workshop, designed to help participants release stress, anxiety, and stored emotions while guiding them to connect deeply with themselves in a safe and non-judgmental space. This practice invites attendees to turn inward, free of distractions, and immerse themselves in a journey of self-love and healing.
What to Expect:
- Part 1: Eyes Open
The session will begin with a traditional yoga practice, allowing participants to familiarize themselves with movements and poses while keeping their eyes open. This prepares the body and mind for the deeper, more introspective practice to follow.
- Part 2: Eyes Closed
In the second half, participants will close their eyes, eliminating external distractions to focus entirely on their inner selves. Moving through a sequence of poses with eyes closed, they will be encouraged to release emotions, express themselves freely, and develop greater self-awareness and acceptance.
- Breathwork & Yoga Nidra
The workshop also includes breathwork and a deeply restorative yoga nidra session, helping participants release any remaining tension, quiet the mind, and reach a state of deep relaxation.
- Self-Love Practices
With self-massage and other nurturing techniques, attendees will be invited to connect with their bodies compassionately, creating space for forgiveness and emotional release.
- Closing Circle: Authentic Relating & Journaling
To close the workshop, participants will have the option to share their experiences in pairs through an authentic relating exercise. For those who prefer private reflection, a notebook and pen will be provided for journaling their thoughts and emotions.

Mahta is a certified yoga instructor with over two years of experience, offering both private and group classes. She specializes in helping individuals achieve mental and physical well-being through yoga, providing personalized private sessions for those dealing with physical issues like back pain, as well as group healing and trauma-release yoga classes. Mahta also hosts dynamic workshops, such as laughter yoga and a variety of yoga styles, all to promote physical and emotional health.
