What we’re about
Toastmasters is a place where people from all walks of life help each other improve their public speaking.
We improve by doing, and at Toastmasters you get lots of opportunities to do. From off-the-cuff speeches, to prepared speeches, to evaluations of other speakers, to other meeting roles that keep the meetings running smoothly and give you stage time.
We are international and have multiple self-paced programs that tackle all the sub-skills of public speaking, and many of the skills of leadership in general.
Lots of us joined because we felt crippling anxiety whenever we had to stand before a group and speak, but now we feel calm and lucid.
We meet every second Wednesday, on even calendar weeks, at Ideon Innovation, Sheelevägen 15.
