Camaleones is the official ultimate frisbee team of Malaga, with 10+ years of history and many Spain-wide trophies. We are looking for new teammates, so come give it a try and see if you like the sport.

From 19:30 to 21:20WHAT DO YOU NEED?
Just come in sporty clothes that allow you to run. Most people shower when they come home but if you want to shower immediately after the practice, you can use the outdoor showers at the beach.
You don't need any previous experience, you don't need to know how to throw the disk already (we will teach you). If you're not in great shape, it's also ok, if you come regularly to the training sessions you will get in shape relatively fast.SIGNING UP:

- We start passing the frisbee in pairs while people arrive.
- Then we do warm-up to get our legs and arms ready for play.
- After, we do a number of exercises to learn how to throw the disc in a game situation, and to learn the tactics of Ultimate.
- Finally, we make two or more teams, and play a match, taking turns to rest between goals.

Camaleones es el equipo oficial de ultimate frisbee de Málaga, con más de 10 años de historia y numerosos trofeos a nivel nacional. Queremos que más gente se una al equipo, así que ven a probarlo y descubre si te gusta el deporte.

Estos entrenamientos abiertos son gratuitos, así que ¡cuéntaselo a tus amigas y disfrutemos de un deporte activo!

De 19:00 a 21:00¿QUÉ NECESITAS?
Solo tienes que venir con ropa deportiva que te permita correr (los discos, los conos y los petos).
Si quieres ducharte después del entrenamiento, puedes usar las duchas exteriores de la playa. Aunque la mayoría de la gente se ducha en casa.
No se necesita experiencia previa, ni saber tirar el disco (nosotras de enseñamos). Si no estás en muy buena forma, tampoco hay problema; si vienes regularmente a los entrenamientos, te pondrás en forma bastante rápido.APUNTARSE:
Después de hacer clic en "Asistir", simplemente preséntate el día del entrenamiento en el lugar indicado; te estaremos esperando.¿QUÉ SE HACE?
El entrenamiento se desarrolla así:- Empezamos tirándonos el frisbee por parejas mientras la gente llega.
- Después, hacemos un calentamiento para preparar piernas y brazos.
- Luego, hacemos una serie de ejercicios para aprender a lanzar mejor el disco y los fundamentos de la técnica y la táctica del deporte.
- Luego, hacemos dos o más equipos y jugamos un partido, turnándonos para descansar entre goles.
