Welcome to the Manassas Eat & Chat and Game Night Group! We are a fun-loving community of food enthusiasts, card game fanatics, and board game aficionados looking to connect and have a great time. Join us for exciting game nights, where you are encouraged to bring your favorite games or play one brought by another gamer. We also love our dining out adventures, discovering the best local spots to savor delicious meals while engaging in lively conversations. If you enjoy good food, stimulating conversations, or entertaining game nights, come join us! Let's indulge in good company, great games, and memorable dining experiences together.
Group Rules:
Anyone who does 2 no-show‘s for events they RSVPed for, without notifying me directly or removing themselves before the event starts will be removed from the group. Others count on you attending when you say that you will be there, whether it is the restaurant staff for the Eat & Chat events or members who bring snacks for everyone for the Game Group events. Members in attendance for both types of events also waste time waiting for you before ordering their meals or starting to play a game. Everyone’s time is valuable, so please be courteous.
Our group is a harassment-free place for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, or religion (or lack thereof). We do not tolerate harassment of group members or any event participants in any form. Group members violating these rules may be expelled from this group at the discretion of the organizer(s).
Harassment includes offensive verbal comments related to gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention.
Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately or they will be asked to leave the event. If a participant engages in harassing behavior, the meetup organizers may take any action they deem appropriate, including warning the offender, expulsion from the event, and/or removal from the group.
If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please notify the event organizer.
We value your attendance and expect participants to follow these rules at all of our events.
