Attendees will participate in discussions and be introduced to basic physical self-defense skills and techniques. Training will focus on three key areas: Mindset, Skill Set, and Planning. Specific topics may include Situational Awareness, Bystander Intervention, Consent, Healthy Relationships, Simple Effective Strikes, How to Escape Common Grabs, and much more. The purpose of the training is to empower the attendees through self-defense training.

Join us on June 12 and June 26 for Bad Art Night, where the goal is to create the best worst artwork possible! We'll provide all the supplies—you bring the creativity. No skills needed, just a sense of fun!
At the end of the night, we'll vote on the most wonderfully terrible piece. Winners take home their masterpiece, bragging rights, and a prize!
