What we’re about
Welcome to the online home of the Metro DC (DC/MD/Northern VA) Chapter of the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA)!
The DSA is the largest and fastest growing socialist organization in the United States. We believe that both the economy and society should be run democratically—to meet public needs, not to make profits for a few. DSA's members are building movements for social and economic justice while fighting for change in our communities and workplaces.

• What is socialism?
• How does the work of DSA help us get there?
• How can you get involved (or more involved) in DSA?While everyone is welcome, this session is designed for newer members and those who are relatively new to socialism. The session was led by Socialist Night School co-organizer David K.
