Her Meaningful Yoga is a place for women to slow down, reflect, and connect. Led by Zoe, whose journey has been deeply shaped by yoga, these themed sessions weave together movement, journaling, and self-discovery.
Yoga has been one of Zoe’s greatest healing tools, and she’s passionate about self-therapy, psychology, and nurturing a warm, welcoming community where you can simply feel at home.
Having lived in more than five countries, Zoe has embraced the richness of different cultures while realizing that, at our core, it’s our heart and humanness that truly connect us. When she’s not teaching, she’s exploring financial empowerment, dreaming about homesteading, hiking somewhere wild, or enjoying cake with her puppy, May.

Hey hey, I’m Zoe 👋
This is a free taster session for any woman who wants to take better care of herself, this is your self-care hour. Come exactly as you are. No yoga experience needed, just a willingness to show up for you.
We women are so good at pouring into everyone else’s cup, but when it comes to us..“when I have time,” “maybe next week,” we say. But your well-being deserves to come first, not last. Because when we’re full, we overflow. And when we overflow, we show up for life and others in a way that’s grounded, joyful, and sustainable.
So if you’re feeling tired, tender, or just ready for a little reset… this is your hour.
