What we’re about

Whether it is due to work, school, or taking care of loved ones, many of us experience stress, anxiety, depression, and feelings of being alone or left out. Especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, as we are isolated from being with friends and family we can experience these thoughts more frequently.

That is why, at the Buddha Meditation Centre Atlanta, we offer free meditation sessions for everyone interested. These sessions are conducted by a Sri Lankan Buddhist monk based on the original teachings of the Buddha (Theravada Buddhism).

Because the sessions are on-line, you can sit in the comfort of your own home and join in. We welcome you to come and experience relaxation, mental freedom, and the inner peace from meditation.
