What we’re about
This group is here to make sure some regenerative time is folded into even your most difficult days, and to give you the experience that even 12-15 minutes of healing zen moments a day can start to turn your life around.
If you would like get the support of a group to develop a regular meditation practice, or support you to stay on track with your meditation practice, join us!
I have been practising a wide variety of meditations for over 30 years for my own personal development and anxiety management. This practice has transformed my life, and I love sharing the magic of meditation! I qualified as a teacher through the British School of Meditation and hold meditation sessions in person and online alongside my work with young people.
Here's what's on offer:
- I do short online guided and accesible meditations on Wednesday and Thursday evenings. These sessions can help restore and balance you after the working day, and are a great way to start, or keep on track with your meditation practice. They run in a cycle of 8 sessions and work well as an introduction to meditation course.
I want to share meditation with everyone, so these sessions operate on a 'generosity'/'Pay what you can' model. I ask for £1 to encourage you to commmit to being there. If the £1 is an issue, let me know, and we can arrange something. Your donations help me cover Meetup organiser/Zoom subscription fees. Please make donations via PayPal paypal.me/meditatingwitholga or message me for details of other forms of donating.
- I also do longer in depth meditation mornings that support areas of personal growth and celebrate the cycles of nature every third Sunday (a small £6 payment is requested).
- If you live near Preston or Chorley, Lancashire, you can attend my Friday night calm sessions at Dynamic Neuro Physiotherapy Clinic in Euxton. These are £9 per session, or £40 for 5 sessions.
- I do tailored 1-1 sessions for people looking to shift particular physical, mental, spiritual conditions for £20/30 an hour (depending if its online/needs a room hired).
