Quand : Les vendredis – 19H30 à 21H. C'est une technique de méditation très simple, sans effort et spontanée. Nous nous asseyons normalement sur des chaises. Il n'y a pas besoin de tapis et aucun vêtement spécial n'est requis. Partout dans le monde, nombreux sont ceux qui recherchent de nouvelles sources d'énergie. En fait, l'énergie la plus transformatrice de toutes se cache à la vue de tous, en nous.

When: Fridays – 7:30 to 9 pm. This is a very simple, effortless and spontaneous meditation technique. We normally sit on chairs. There is no need for mats and no special clothing is required. Across the globe, many are seeking new sources of energy. In fact the most transformative energy of all is hiding in plain sight, within us. It's natural, sustainable, and renewable. This energy is called as kundalini which helps us restore our balance and harmony within our subtle being. It works spontaneously and effortlessly. This is a simple time-honoured meditation technique that lets you tap into that energy and harness its power to become better balanced, better manage the stress and better connected to yourself — emotionally, physically, mentally and spiritually. It's much more than just feeling peaceful and relaxed. This Yoga Meditation has many layers, varied and deep. Explore at your own pace, in your own way. All it takes is a few minutes to connect to your inner energy and enlighten our inner peace. It is more than a temporary solution or a quick relief — it is a journey, rather than a destination.
