Event Outline:

Arrive Early: Please come 5 minutes before the start to settle in and say hello.

20-Minute Meditation Training: You'll learn the foundations of a life-long meditation practice to get you started, boost your practice, or deepen your existing meditation training.

20-Minute Guided Meditation: We begin with an easy guided meditation by Brandon to ground ourselves, let go of any stress, and be in the present moment.

Stretch Break: Enjoy a 10-minute stretch to stay comfortable. You'll be lead through a mindful & moving experience.

20-Minute Silent Meditation: Our 2nd meditation will be silent, and you can practice any form of meditation you wish. Enjoy, let go, and be present.

Check-Ins: Share your experience and connect with others.

Q&A Session: Relax in a 20-minute Q&A with Brandon Mehrgut, our meditation teacher with 10+ years of experience.

Meditation Community Training Schedule:
Our meditation community revolves around a 12 week meditation training progression according to the following schedule -
Level 1, Weeks 1-4: Concentration Practice
Understanding how to calm your nervous system, the body, and bring your awareness to the breath. Allowing yourself to have a clear and focused mind in the meditation.
Benefit: After completing this series you’ll start to notice your attention is sharper and gain more daily calm.
Level 2, Weeks 5-8: Open Awareness Training
You’ll learn how to open your awareness to the environment, such as sound, space, and sight.
Benefit: After completing this series you’ll notice you can meditate anywhere, in your life situation. Tapping into your connectedness and unity with the world around you.
Level 3, Weeks 9-12: Insight Practice
You’ll learn how to watch your thoughts and emotions in a way that allows them to calm down, and become less reactive. Experiencing a sense of deep relaxation.
Benefit: After completing this series you’ll notice more insight in your daily life. Tapping into your intuition and decision making ability.

- A meditation cushion or something comfortable to sit on. Our classes are on a large padded floor and it'll help if you have something to sit on.
