- Fall Colors - Forest Bathing & Nature WalkCherry Creek State Park - Cottonwood Creek Trailhead, Aurora, CO
Forest bathing is a mindful wellness practice that promotes physical and emotional well-being and connection with oneself, community and the natural world.

It builds on research on the physiological and emotional health benefits of exposure and connection to nature. It has become quite established in some Asian countries like Japan and South Korea to reduce impacts of the stresses from highly urbanized lifestyles.
These walks are guided to foster a deeper connection with the more-than-human world and a deeper connection to participants' own being. They create an opportunity for people to slow down and feel into their natural surroundings and as a result feel better.
🌲 We will be meeting at Cherry Creek Crossing parking area. Here's a Google map link: https://maps.app.goo.gl/ir2srn7HRXV4C2PY6. If entering the park from the west entrance, follow the lake view road south until it crosses through the woods. Just before you enter the woods, the parking will be on the right. From the east entrance, follow the east lake view road south and cross through the small portion of woods, and just after trees, the parking will be on the right.
