About the Organizer
I was born in New York City, and quickly realized I might have a hard time getting a senior-level job as a woman in Utah. My last job in New York was as a COO/CFO of a mid-sized law firm. So when I had no luck with jobs here, I started my own company, which is now one of the largest female-owned businesses in Utah. My company also just won Best of State! (Park City Culinary Institute) I'm starting this group to meet other strong women, single or with kids, who are hungry to be treated with respect and to be able to do fun things together without needing a man around.
