Hey everyone. Soon we will looking to do some backpacking. I think it will be fun and get use to carrying that pack for multi-day trips.
I would like this to be a weekly event adding distance and weight if you wish as the weeks we progress
Rucking is a program developed that is “functonal” training and will get us used to carying a pack and eventually getting you to the “trail weight” GO RUCK
So we willl start easy and do the train bridge - University Bridge loop (-4.2 km).
