What’s happening with this?
This is a free event and it’s super chill. We are getting together at a park to meditate on our highest and best good.
Typically start off talking a little bit about what’s going on with the planets & within us… then some very basic breathing exercises… followed by a sweet prayer/intention… then go into 45 mins-ish of sound bath (crystal bowls, flutes, gongs, chimes, bells)
