Welcome to my group.
I have experience in running a group for 4 years & hosting events for 10 years which will aid me to running a successful group.
I welcome new people to this group along with the people I have got to know me over the years through Meetup.
Meetup changed my life for the better 12 years ago when I first joined a group. I done things I never thought I would do, visit places I could only imagine about & made life long friends.
I am the only person organising events in this group so your never get confused on who you pay for what events and get a more personal touch.
There are a variety of events from Sunday lunch to holidays and everything else in between.
We are a very friendly group of people and like to make new members feel very welcome and relaxed, especially on there first few events when it can be a very nervous in meeting new people.
The yearly membership fee is £10.00, which is due 1st April of each year.
If joining my group from 1st October the fee for new members is £6.00
and if joining my group from 1st January the fee for new members is £3.00 which takes you up to April 1st when new year membership is collected.
New members can try events for first month before paying for fee. This gives you a chance to try without committing to the year ahead. I will message you once the that time is up for your decision to stay or leave.

Unfortunately failure to pay fee in the time allocated it will result in you being removed from group.
This payment not only pays for the Meet up company that charges every 6 months but to make sure all our members are active paying members.
All I ask is all members have a up to date photo of their face only & surname or initial of surname next to their first name in seen profile.
Age range is from 40+ and no health restrictions...
I will not be questioning your covid status, instead I trust you to do the right thing & stay away from events if you have any symptoms of covid, colds or flu.
