As a nurse who has seen firsthand the impact of stress on the body and mind, and as a trained hypnotherapist, I bring a unique approach to yoga. I combine Kundalini & Kriya Yoga practices with my deep understanding of the mind-body connection to help you release tension, clear blockages, and rebalance your energy.
