What we’re about

Need a little motivation to workout, and also need to have a social life? Walk, run, bike, or sometimes kayak a few miles to some local water watering holes for cocktail hour! All abilities welcome, the faster you are the more time you'll have to drink while the rest of us catch up! We will run to or around a variety of bars and restaurants, mainly in south Jax. Let's sweat out the calories before we pile them back on! :) Cheers!!
