This group is NOT about spirituality or becoming Devine, spread peace etc. No.
It is about to pull yourself together.
It is about Self-control: Control of your emotions, words, actions, behaviour.
It is about feeling secure and confident.
It is about facing and overcoming your fears instead of running from them and being anxious about it.
It is about cutting lose everything what don’t let you move forward. Recognising and accepting your own mistakes, see where your EGO let you down. Learn from it and change.
It is about making your mental stamina stronger so you can perfectly sort daily challenges and big storms in your life.
It appears that kundalini Yoga is just a universal and fast tool to achieve it all and attract positive circumstances in your life.

Description:This class is designed to balance what cannot be seen in our body and yet it has a great influence on our state of mind: energy points (chakras) and all its elements. It can clean and repair the electromagnetic field (aura). Effects of the practice could be: energizing yourself; bringing security; increase stress tolerance; increase ability to handle challenges; bringing an emotional balance; improving creativity; enhancing willpower, self-esteem; releasing suppressed emotions and feelings; resolving trust issues; gaining ability of healthy self-expression and interactions; developing intuition; cleaning subconscious mind from negative thoughts and programs; helping to recognize you own mistakes, behavioral patterns, attitude; helping to reconsider and release acquired attitudes/standards/rules that pull you down; creating a protection from negative situations and bringing what your Soul needs into your life; bringing inner peace; helping you to fulfil yourself.
Everybody would have different experiences with this practice. It will open up individually. But it leads to the result which is written above.
Don’t expect changes to happen overnight. It requires repetition, daily practice.
How long does it take to achieve results? I don’t know, nobody knows. It depends on you and you are only. Will you have enough willpower to get up at 6 am? Would you be strong enough to attend the class when your mind tells you that: “it doesn’t worth it, and you don’t need it; you are fine; you don’t need changes, it is unknown hence it is not safe” etc? Would you keep practicing when you feel lazy or bored?
Can you fully apply yourself into the practice? Meaning: being relaxed, follow the instructions, try to maintain a thoughtless state. Don’t be obsessed with the desired result, forget about and drop all expectations.
Would you be strong enough to realize your own responsibility in the practice? It is not the teacher who magically delivers the results, it is you.

Contraindications:- active state of exacerbation of any illness;
- Post-traumatic and post-surgical conditions;
- Alcohol, drugs, and other intoxication, including systemic consumption of psychotropic drugs (antidepressants, sedatives, etc) - are not admissible. You need to be drug-free to participate in class. Consult with your Mental health doctor;
- Severe psycho-neurotic disorder;
With caution:
- people with Blood circulation illness & Breath trouble illness- we are going to do breath suspension - which can rise your blood pressure- it is recommended to consult with your health provider before attend the class.
- Pregnancy - certain exercises are not allowed for pregnant women. I will announce what to do instead.
Attendance to the class would mean that you agreed with contraindications and you don’t have it.
