Apprx. 4.5 Miles in Length and 1000’ Elevation Gain. Rating - Intermediate.
Meet at the west side of the parking lot. We’ll ascended the western flank, rising into Windmill Canyon, passing a bench. At the top, we’ll pass another bench and make a sharp left, and take the left fork. Continuing on we take a right soon thereafter, rising up to the lookout area. We’ll reverse our course and continue on northward and wind our way up to the Potluck destination with a remarkable view of the Conejo Valley! We’ll take another trail down, returning to the bench at the junction point and then back down to our cars. Restrooms are available at the Park.
Please bring a food or drink item to share with the group. Also, 2 liters of water, extra layers, and sun protection.
