Classes are in- and outdoor (depending on the weather).

--> Vinyasa Flow = every Saturday from 11am-12.15 (a basic knowledge of poses is welcome)

Connect with nature, tune in and recharge yourself with a gentle and relaxing yoga flow in the beautiful park Duden in 1190 Forest/Vorst. Yoga in the park is a great way to recharge body and mind with positive energy.
Imagine rooting your feet and body in the grass, while the birds are singing, with a fresh breeze on your skin, surrounded by trees and blooming nature. Nature is the perfect setting to ground yourself. Combined with a soothing yoga practice, we enter a space to reconnect ourselves to the natural rhythms.
The exact spot is located at the entrance of Keerkringenlaan and follow the right side for the open space.
Bring your yoga mat, water bottle and maybe something to cover for Savasana.
There will be a WhatsApp group to facilitate the communication (location, weather updates, last minute registrations, cancellations, etc).

Unwind and release tensions in the body with Myo Yin Yoga. This class is a magical combination of MFR (Myofascial Release) techniques and Yin Yoga, also called Myo Yin.
MFR is a practice of self-massage techniques with myofascial balls that applies pressure into tight muscle (myo) areas to get them to relax and release. Different rolling techniques are incorporated for you to track and trace tensions in the body. This encourages you to obtain more body awareness through the self-massage journey. Body rolling on balls can be fun and very effective.
Yin Yoga is a more passive but deep practice with long-held and gentle poses. Yin Yoga opens the body on a deeper level because the connective tissue is slowly stretched and hydrated to remain supple.
MFR and Yin Yoga both influence the muscular and fascial networks. It’s in this combined approach, a deeper sense of ease, freedom and relaxation can be obtained to positively impact the physical and mental body.There are many benefits of Myo Yin like reduced pain, soreness and overall stress but also increased blood circulation, range of motion, flexibility, fluidity, hydration of the tissues and so much more.
This practice will help you to encourage the body’s capacity to release tensions and to penetrate deeper in the tissues in a way that a normal yoga class can’t.
Depending on the intention of the teacher, sometimes balls are used separately from the postures, sometimes in combination. The ball techniques can also serve as preparations for the postures.
Expect additional pranayama practices to help you to stay present with the sensations arising in the body.This class is suitable for all levels and for anyone who wants to improve wellbeing.
